The testMultithreadedIdAllocationForSameKeyFromAvailableIds in IdManagerTest is brittle and fails at least some times during the Gerrit Jenkins builds; for example today in https://logs.opendaylight.org/releng/jenkins092/autorelease-release-oxygen/77. I'll add an @Ignore to it to prevent blocking builds, and keep this bug open for someone to look more into how that test needs to be improved to be more concurrency safe and reliable to prevent arbitrary occassional failures. |

https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/66386 adds the @Ignore https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/66387 fixes a problem in the test and makes it reproducible (but does not yet fix the test) |
