TestInterfaceManager is using a single transaction to populate both operational and configuration data stores. Transactions spanning data stores are going away, hence this code needs to be updated. |

There is no weather item yet, as this is a design direction and downstreams are not yet required to get rid of these – nevertheless such transactions are best eliminated to ease future porting pains. If there is a case where oper/config atomicity is absolutely required, that need needs to be raised to mdsal-dev ASAP. |
