 Description   

As noted in CONTROLLER-1903, APIs with org.opendaylight.controller.md.sal are going away in Aluminium. Migrate to their org.opendaylight.mdsal replacements.

Missing DataBrokerTestModule was replaced with wrong construct leading to unstable tests.
