 Description   

My setup has 3 openstack controllers, 1 odl and 3 computes.
Running distribution-karaf-0.5.2-20161109.002212-2.zip

I have vms on all compute nodes, in a private network configured with VxLAN.
On one of the compute nodes, i see tunnels to the other computes but not to the control nodes (which has the network:dhcp ports).

I'm attaching karaf, ovs, and some rest logs.
The troublesome compute ip is 10.82.6.7

Seem to happen after TZ update with new VTEPs - itm-state contains the new VTEPs but no actual tunnel port is created.
If I delete and recreate the same TZ all tunnels are constructed successfully
