 Description   

While configuring tunnels in scaled scenarios, there seems to be multiple issues :

  • Tunnel Deletion is extremely slow
  • There are multiple DS reads in the tunnel creation path which can be optimized using caching

These have already been addressed on master, mostly as part of changes that came in for OF Tunnels. Raised the following patch to bring this optimizations to Boron too:
