 Description   

The current VBD implementation does not set split horizon group for VXLAN interfaces. Therefore honeycomb will use value 0.
In order to avoid loops the split horizon group must be non-zero [1].
Hint - it is missing in class VppModifier method prepareL2Data(final boolean bridgedVirtualInterface)
