 Description   

I think it could be handy to have a thingie that keeps an eye on the number of threads, and which start screaming into the logs once they go over some configurable (high) threshold, with jstack-like details.

INFRAUTILS-21 seems like a more important higher first prio, but IMHO having this would still also be useful in some cases after that.
