 Description   

We have a number of utilities which only saw use in Genius/Netvirt. Since those projects are not tracking our current release and need to cross a a major release to catch up. Remove TablePrinter, UncheckedAutoCloseable, NamedLocks, NamedSimpleReentrantLock and any previously-deprecated API elements.
