 Description   

The following two templates refer to 'features-integration' directory for repositories. This directory was changed to 'features-integration-index' recently.

1. integration/test/tools/cluster-deployer/templates/openflow/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg.template
2. integration/test/tools/cluster-deployer/templates/multi-node-test/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg.template

As a result, when a cluster is deployed using "deploy.py" the resulting karaf installation on the destination controller will not find the repositories auto added on startup. User will have to add the repositories manually after starting the controller using "feature:add-repo"
