To get ready to start adding them back incrementally as they can load in Karaf 4 correctly.

Remove non-offset-0 from Karaf 4 (while keeping Karaf 3 build intact): [0].
Move Karaf 3 away from the default pom aggregator and provide non-default aggregator for offsets 1 and 2 to test with: [1].
Both just contributed, expect some typos.
