 Description   

There's a release candidate out for Carbon SR3. Should package it, feed to CD pipelines, make sure all the tests pass and inform trozet when it's ready so he can check if it works in OPNFV.

OPNFV is reporting latest-Carbon is still sometimes very slow to start. Informed the release team, waiting on logs from OPNFV.

Looks like we never actually finished releasing Carbon SR3, that it got lost in the holiday break. I raised it on the integration-dev mailing list.
