 Description

The ODL default northbound REST API port used to be both 8181 and 8080. Since the last few releases 8181 has been deprecated, to reduce confusion among users. Need to update the default in ansible-opendaylight to reflect this change.

My fault - I misread something, 8181 is the new default and 8080 is deprecated. So ansible-opendaylight is currently right, doesn't need to change (also puppet-opendaylight is okay).

See root commit: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/51531/

Based on community feedback, it would appear that most people utilize
port 8181, and it would take a LOT of work to change that. Thus, this
change removes the port 8080 offering.
