 Description   

The current test-puppet jobs do actual deployments of ODL an test various param combinations, but the resulting install is only validated by Beaker's serverspec tooling. Should add a job similar to the current test-ansible job that uses puppet-opendaylight to install/config ODL on the job VM, then run tests against the resulting install.
