There is no "repodata/repomd.xml" file in the new Neon Nexus CD repos. It does exist for previous branches. This is breaking installs using the existing 10-devel.repo RPM repo configuration file. Neon Nexus CD repo is fine, RPMs are there, but missing "repodata/repomd.xml" file: https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight-neon-epel-7-x86_64-devel/ Example of what should exist, from Fluorine: Error this causes:
