Create a Jenkins job that uses puppet-opendaylight to deploy an OpenDaylight three-node cluster. Do some validations. Trigger the job to run periodically, likely weekly. |

I wonder what exactly the best way to do this is. Need to isolate the ODL instances I guess. Need to do everything on one job VM I guess. Could provision to containers, or maybe nested VMs I guess. There are existing tools that do stuff like this, like Josh's cluster deploy using containers tool, but it doesn't use puppet-opendaylight. There are huge complex things, like OOO, that provision ODL clusters using puppet-opendaylight to nested VMs, containers or bare-metal. I think just need to create own custom, simple thing here. |
