Description

Nested notifications are not working and being fixed in ~~NETCONF-704~~. We have a
csit suite that tests notifications It may be as
easy as adding the .yang example from the dev patch
and adding a few test cases to the existing suite to check the nested notifications
scenario. Not sure if that is easy or not.
