 Description   

This story covers all the work needed to use the OPNFV snapshot vms in place of the current devstack vms. The devstack vms require constant maintenance as the devstack code changes and breaks the CSIT. The snapshot vms are created daily via an automated OPNFV job that also verifies the vm against ODL.
