Description

OPNFV stores the images as they are built. We need a job in the vexxhost infra to copy the latest verified image to local infra for use by the NetVirt CSIT jobs. The previous verified image and the latest should be kept to allow a fallback if needed.

thinking this should be pretty simple

wget the apex snapshots
openstack image create

we will want to figure out if we are keeping any older ones, and some naming scheme.

We can ask zxiiro and/or askb for help if needed, but we have scripts already that are doing
these kinds of admin things in our infra, like this

This will probably want to be in it's own periodic job that runs daily, and we'll want to probably just
quickly check if there is a new snapshot, and if not just bail and try again the next day.
