 Description   

Lots of work has been done to make sure output (e.g. exceptions) are not ending up
in the karaf console log and will go to the karaf.log file like everything else.

We need a robot keyword to check that the karaf console is empty so we can call it
in test/suite teardown and catch anything that might start showing up there unexpectedly.

This is just to add a new KW to check there is nothing in the console log, you can use this as reference:
