Hi Cangji

I have investigated on this bug.
It can be solved by changing validations for cseType in RequestPrimitiveProcessor.java, using "1" for IN-CSE.

Now when I check the resource tree using http://localhost:8181/restconf/operational/onem2m:onem2m-resource-tree/ the response has

{ "name": "cst", "value": "1" }

Should cst value be set as IN-CSE or 1 as mentioned in TS 0004 ?
