We have to support GET retrieve of specific attributes:

GET /ODL-oneM2M-Cse/resource/attributeName

I have provisioned CSE and am able to fetch name and value of specific attribute of CSE using GET /operational/onem2m:onem2m-resource-tree/onem2m-resource/

we don't want to use restconf for this, it is tricky to fix, John will take it
