 Description

In Lithium, the older ADSAL-based NFS services are using Tomcat Http server at TCP port 8282, which conflicts with IOTDM usage of that port.
Specifically, if both odl-base-tomcat and odl-onem2m-core features is pulled in, only the first one to install work correctly, the other fails to install.

As odl-adsal-all and odl-nsf-all are part of odl-integration-compatible-with-all, and odl-iotdm-onem2m is part of odl-integration-all, this makes integration-distribution-deploy-stable-lithium job to always fail.
This conflict is now highlighted on the ports wiki [0].

Please, either give +1 at [1] to remove odl-iotdm-onem2m from odl-integration-all,
or give +1 at [2] to disable the port conflict check on Lithium.
