seems this issue has come recently, as the jobs were passing and consistent up
until June 8th.

lots of test cases fail, but the loop removal test cases all failed. Also,
in robot logs this message is seen on mininet console during ping:

64 bytes from 10.0.0.2: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=2.44 ms (DUP!)
