Current csit suites are not stable: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/l2switch-csit-1node-switch-only-boron/ but that changes if we introduce 2 sec delay between stop and start mininet from one suite to another: https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/job/l2switch-csit-1node-switch-only-boron/704/ Some investigation will be required to see why this is happening with new OF plugin.
