 Description   

When adding a key from RESTCONF for a non-maskable EID (e.g., a MAC address) a NPE is thrown and the key is not stored in the DAO (it is stored in RESTCONF).

Sorry for the incorrect description above, the issue is present only when the mask-length is not specified in the JSON object. We should not not need to specify a bogus mask-length (that will be thrown away anyway) in the JSON for non-maskable EIDs.

I think this has been resolved in Be, as our new postman collection adds non-maskable addresses without masklength.
