 Description   

The Map-Server implementation sets the destination UDP port of Map-Reply packets to the LISP control port 4342, regardless of the source UDP port. This breaks utilities such as 'lig', which work with other implementations, that are RFC 6830 compliant. Said RFC states in section 6.1.5:

The destination port of a Map-Reply message is copied from the source
port of the Map-Request or Data-Probe, and the source port of the
Map-Reply message is set to the well-known UDP port 4342.
