We would like to create an MD-SAL based example where we demonstrate how to register a handler to intercept RPC calls, and data reads (and possible rights) essentially illustraiting how someone might write a third-part plugin to translate to/from a third party protocol to northbound restconf / yang etc. |

This example code did not make it into this release. We need to move it off the Lithium. If someone else wants to take on finishing the example they are more than welcome. |

Moved back to confirmed as the structures have changed greatly since the initial work was done. Unassigning from myself as I do not have the bandwidth at this point to do the work. Some of this is already done in the archetype and some of it I believe is unsupported. If that is the cas feel free to make the call to close this if there is not enough demand. |
