rovarga is my understanding that you are planning to release mdsal 0.15.0 and 2.7.0 non-SNAPSHOT artifacts soon-ish correct? Should all topic:neon-mri patches ultimately (soon-ish) use those, or are we asking project to use the SNAPSHOT versions, and intend to merge them with those? Asking for clarity on https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Neon_platform_upgrade#Version_bumps ...

Creating this issue so that we can plan for it on the new Neon-MRI JIRA Dashboard, and so that people who want to change 2.7.0-SNAPSHOT to 3.0.0 in their topic:neon-mri patches have an issue to watch. Please also update Wiki (above) when it's released.
