Similarly to the DefaultDOMRpcResult class, there should be a utility class for DomActionResults that offers the same functionality. |

Actually, there already is: org.opendaylight.mdsal.dom.spi.SimpleDOMActionResult – the only difference is naming and the fact it is not directly serializable. I am not sure if serialization is something we really need. |

I think you're right, at least for what I'm doing on the controller, it doesn't need to be serializeable and still provides the utility methods. I can't speak for any other projects that use it though.... |

Closing, unless a user which requires Serializable DOMActionResult. Since NormalizedNode does not define a serialization contract, this is highly unlikely. |
