Downstreams (Genius) specifically are interested in efficient transformation of PhysAddress to byte[]. We do not provide this utility, although we provide these facilities for Ipv4/Ipv6Address. Create efficient utility methods, so that downstreams do not have to brew their own. |

We actually have IetfYangUtil.bytesFor(), which operates on MacAddress, but we lack that capability for PhysAddress. |
