Due to historical reasons around how unit tests were organized we are currently packaging mdsal-dom-inmemory-datastore in odl-mdsal-binding-dom-adapter and it cannot be a standalone component (to hold its own against CDS). Add a dedicated feature for packaging mdsal-dom-inmemory-datastore, eliminating this superfluous dependency. |

This also ends up reducing mdsal-binding-dom-adapter's dependency on mdsal-dom-broker to scope=test. This is completely fair, as the adapter is not dependent on particular implementations. |
