I think that we should compare EXI with regular netconf XML transfer in terms of bandwidth, cpu usage on server, throughput. I am not aware of any tools that would help, so a client should be developed for this purpose. |

We have tested EXI performance and compared it with regular XML transfer, patches have been submitted that improved EXI performance bringing it on par with regular XML. We still need to measure bandwith usage. |
