 Description

NETCONF session ID is a well-defined entity, modeled by both rfc6241.xsd and ietf-netconf.yang: it maps to a non-zero Uint32, whereas we use either 'long' or a plain String at different layers.

Use the RFC6241 definition for type-safe encapulation of this particular type and use it throughout the project.
