 Description   

In NETCONF-982 we have removed operational schemas thus we can end up with some paths that are in OpenApi UI linked with no data.

Remove paths like this.

In the future we have to investigate what to do with operational data. On the one hand they are not needed (allowed to be modified) for majority of RESTCONF operations. The only place where they are needed is GET request when we have pure operational container.
