 Description   

when the keepalive-delay > 0 ,then log error:
can't cast keepaliveSalFacade to TopologyMountPointFacade
I resolve the problem with sseparating salFacade and keepaliveFacade variable, and put the salFacade to the NetconfConnectorDTO variable.
Lately I push my change to gerrit , we could see if it is appropriate.

Closing this as won't do as netconf clustering has been refactored and reworked a lot since Boron. The described issue should be not present anymore.
