 Description   

It would be better to replace use of org.json library with Map/GSON/Jackson in restconf.

Reason is that we've had issues with it in NETCONF-212 (also note NETCONF-209), and ODL overall would like to reduce/remove org.json library usage as part of ODLPARENT-36 due to concerns with its license.

The only reference to org.json is listeners, which is tracked by NETCONF-471.
