 Description   

operations "get" and "get-config" are not distinguished if the operation is basic "GET" operation or rpc operation in netconf protocol by "POST" operation.
if it is rpc operation, the method toRpcResult() in class NetconfMessageTransformer should go into second branch for rpcdefinition
