Something seems to be unstable in restconf when doing reads from mountpoints in that a read on the mountpoint sometimes returns
applicationdata-missingRequest could not be completed because the relevant data model content does not exist

and sometimes returns the expected data thats present on the device.

now merged in boron so no locker considered a blocker, master has to wait since we have broken verify jobs due to the gson bump..
