 Description   

test in distribution-karaf-0.4.3-Beryllium-SR3.zip.

I config three nodes cluster in the docker. After three controller all started, I implement "feature:install odl-mdsal-all odl-restconf-all odl-dlux-all odl-openflowplugin-all odl-mdsal-clustering odl-clustering-test-app odl-openflowjava-all http odl-netconf-connector-all odl-l2switch-all odl-netconf-all ".

netconf throw exception:
opendaylight-user@root>Exception in thread "CommitFutures-1" Exception in thread "CommitFutures-0" Exception in thread "CommitFutures-2" java.lang.IllegalStateException: RemoteDevice

TransactionChain(org.opendaylight.controller.md.sal.binding.impl.BindingDOMTransactionChainAdapter@70e5d1df) not committed correctly
