Partially implemented in: https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/47676/.

Consider this steps:

1. application run with slave ODL,
2. application registers notification listener and invoke create-subscription,
3. master die and new master is selected,
4. new connection is initiated and streams in real situation should be lost,
5. listeners are again registered but there are missing invoke create-subscription on proper streams again (state before first master died).

With testtool it works without streams, but only thanks to 7047.

Status for this is not done and I was moved to different project so I unusigned me from this
