| Description |

As noted in http://www.tail-f.com/integrating-confd-opendaylight/, our SB plugin requires notifications.yang to be present on the NETCONF server for notifications to work. There is no standardized YANG model for NETCONF notifications simply because RFC5277 predates YANG and has not been updated. As correctly mentioned in the note, though, the presence of the notification capability should be enough for notifications to work – the SchemaContext assembly code should supply the model internally based on the capability. |

miroslav.kovac@pantheon.tech I believe you will not work on the patch for this anymore. Putting this to backlog, somebody should have a look at this once again. |

Hi All,
We are unable to receive notifications in ODL from tail-f confd 6.3 onwards because of this issue. The work around provided in http://www.tail-f.com/integrating-confd-opendaylight/, is no more working from confd 6.3 onwards. So this is a potential blocker for receiving netconf notifications in ODL from confd. When can we expect a fix for this?
Thanks, Roshni |
