 Description   

As noted in YANGTOOLS-766, RFC7951 (and thus RFC8040) require a different, incompatible codec for parsing/serializing instance identifiers.

RFC8040 restconf needs to instantiate the correct JSONCodecFactory via JSONCodecSupplier.RFC8040 – which is available in yangtools-2.0.1 (oxygen) and yangtools-1.2.2-SNAPSHOT (nitrogen).
