Description

When putting NetconfNode into netconf-topology with odl-hello-message-capabilities, these capabilities are not used in the hello message sent to the device.

In the class AbstractNetconfTopology, method getClientConfig is not using these settings for NetconfReconnectingClientConfiguration object.
