| Description |
|
Our current mode of overriding schemas works on the assumption that all of device's models are unique. This is not completely correct, as some models can be safely shared across devices, which would mean that only overrides would be captured in device-specific directories. This would lower the filesystem footprint, but more importantly would allow sharing AST representation and allow faster startup times. |
