New apidoc explorer is assuming that yang instance identifier of mount point is based on network topology topology model, in particular last path element is "node". This is true for netconf mounts, but not for eg. jsonrpc. As a result, new UI does not load when such mount is encountered which renders browser window blank with only clue in browser's developer console:
