 Description   

SSE notification test started failing in master:

After this patch was merged:

Some of the issues detected:

  • Get DCN streams API fail 500 Server Error: GET /rests/data/ietf-restconf-monitoring:restconf-state/streams
  • Missing information in DS add event.
  • No notification sent for DS delete event.

OK, I see this patch was merged the same day as the other so very likely. I will create a revert to confirm.
