 Description   

yanglib is a simplistic component, convert it to OSGi DS. The only problem is its use of app-config blueprint extension – which needs to be investigated.

We can use the same approach like [here|https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/bgpcep/+/96764] to deal with clustered-app-config. We just need cache folder, binding address and binding port.
