Description

Add node ID into prefix of all logs - it is possible to associate messages with other messages coming from netconf-client. This is handy especially for debugging of connection failures in deployments that contain thousands of NETCONF mountpoints. -
Add 2 new logs using which it is possible to differentiate if NETCONF session was closed by client (for example, due to the keepalive timeout) or by server (received explicit TCP RST / TCP FIN segment).
