shague I'm not sure how high priority it is, but yes.  If you are a tenant and you are debugging networking the first thing you will try is to ping your gateway.

This bug is now dependent on an ovs bug. Once that is resolved this should start working . The necessary fixes for netvirt is already in[1].

The ovs bugs take time to be fixed so a temporary workaround is added in the patch [1].

I removed the Oxygen SR1 flag since this can't be a blocker on that release given the release is already out .
