shague I'm not sure how high priority it is, but yes. If you are a tenant and you are debugging networking the first thing you will try is to ping your gateway. |

This bug is now dependent on an ovs bug. Once that is resolved this should start working . The necessary fixes for netvirt is already in[1]. [1]https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/69447/ |

The ovs bugs take time to be fixed so a temporary workaround is added in the patch [1]. [1]https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/71139 |

I removed the Oxygen SR1 flag since this can't be a blocker on that release given the release is already out |
