 Description   

we already collect the karaf.log exceptions and have the keywords to check for them.
We need to add the ability to fail a robot test (or suite) if they show up.

started this long back with this patch, but it didn't get completed yet:

we have a whitelist for exceptions to ignore, and we had to turn off apache karaf ssh logging but anything else that shows
up in the specific jobs that run with FAIL_ON_EXCEPTIONS set to True will create a failure and hopefully with the gate jobs
running on all patches, no new Exceptions will make it in.
